Buying a Refrigerator

We expect to move into town house in December. E 'in a new development and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 1 / 2 bathrooms. And 'situated about 5-7 minutes walk from the interstate, so that the commuting time will not change much. It 'a great acquisition, but we think we made the right choice. The only thing I dislike about it? We're going to have to buy a refrigerator for it....
