Recipe: Easiest chicken stock
What you are looking for is one of the best tasting chicken stock you will ever try. Stock fairly good that can essentially stand-alone as a broth. Stock fairly easy, requiring almost no education. Stock that is so cheap, it is almost literally free. Believe me when I tell you that the easiest way to start reducing the costs from the budget of cooking is to spend a couple of hours per month * do lots of chicken broth. What will follow should not be considered a detailed set of instructions as a guide dissolved.The only things I believe are required are a dead chicken, garlic, onion and some type of pepper. The thing to keep in mind is that water is essentially flavored stock, and how you add the flavor is entirely up to your personal taste. The only thing that may need to purchase especially for this is a cheese cloth or some other fine-mesh filter....
