The Results are In!

Normally we do not post twice in one day, but there was a lot of emotional confusion of the last two hours, so we just had to interrupt the normal schedule today for this ad! Foodbuzz when he announced the possibility of sponsors, has donated scholarships to the Festival in November in San Francisco, We jumped at the chance to get contributions recipes based on their respective products. Bertolli was one of the sponsors, and we thought it would come with something terrible for the team Bertolli Sauce.Our presentation was one of those go-with-creations flow where we thought a lot of ingredients that we like individually and tried to see how it would work in combination. The ads were made final today, and we did it in the top ten! We will be on the menu for the Foodbuzz Blogger Festival. There are no words for how excited and grateful we are now! Speechless! We have put together some of the words we have just left for this post. Baby Portobello mushrooms stuffed with is the way we went with our starters.We thought sauteed zucchini, spicy Italian sausage and Pecorino Romano would pair well with a nice meaty baby. During the mushrooms, we had the top with a little jazzed up Bertolli Garlic Alfredo with Aged Parmesan Cream Sauce. We also presented an appetizer that was not chosen, but we still think it's really good.
